Service Description

This 5 day surf course is perfect for someone who has never seen a surfboard before or is still struggling with the basics. One of our level 2 coach's will guide you through the fundamentals of surfing combining the practical and theoretical. This course includes 8-9 surfsessions and 5 theories/video analysis sessions over the 5 days. We adapt the intensity and amount of sessions to the participant's fitness and energy level. We will make sure everybody gets to surf as much but also gets to rest as much as they want to. A typical day in the course is meeting in the morning, covering one topic and warming up before getting into the water to surf with personal feedback from the coach. After the surf we go to a local cafe for a snack and an hour of surf theory, then back to the ocean for a second surf where we get some video footage of you surfing for an analysis. After this surf and debrief its around four o'clock and after deciding where and when we surf the next day we all go home for some rest. This is the right level for you if you: - have never surfed before - struggle with the basics You will be in a group of maximum 6 participants to maintain quality attention from the coach. The course will take place in mostly whitewater waves with people of a similar level. Wetsuit, reefboots and a Surfboard are included in the lesson. If you have your own equipment, feel free to bring your own. What to bring: Your Swimsuit, a towel and motivation to surf. Where: We will inform you about the location 24 hours before day 1 of your course. This is because we want to pick the best spot according to your level and the forecast. Place and time for the following days will be discussed in the group on day 1. If you need transport to the beach from Bundoran get in touch beforehand and we can arrange something. Please arrive 10 minutes before your lesson starts.
